He is Engineering Graduate from IAF, with Diploma in Marketing & Personnel Management. Have 15+Years diverse experience in customer relationships and management in security services, manpower management, Human resources Management and Statutory and legal Compliances.

He has more than 20 years experience in services industry with over all expertise in all the verticals and he is the guiding force of our organization.
STAFF – TRAINING & FIELD OPERATIONS:
Total 06 Field executives, 02 trainers and 02 operations managers together manage the complete operations on field in co-ordination with 05 office staff members taking care of maintaining recruitment, training, induction and accounting.

1.OFFICE AND STAFF:
Apart from having a able management team, the company enjoys the loyalty and dedication of its able and highly competent Back end and Field staff with state of the art office Facility and In house training premises.
- We have a well established corporate Office at Balewadi, Pune & Nasik from where we operate 24×7. Our Other branches are in Chakan, & Aurangabad,The Backend staff comprises of 08 Nos. of staff that manages all the back end activities and client co-ordination.
- While Field Operations and Training onsite is managed by Field manager along with 06 Nos. of field officer, who attend client and ensures manpower deployment and their control at client’s Facility. ( Training and Police verification carried out as per PSARA Act)
- Training being the vital and integral part of our services we abide by training norms as per the industry standards and safety specifications applicable to Security Industry.
- TRANSPORTS, VEHICLES AND OTHER ASSETS: Four wheelers and 12 two-wheeler including QRT Van are used for ensuring delivery of timely and prompt services as and when required to cater for Emergency contingencies
- SECURITY EQUIPMENTS & INVENTORIES:We ensure that all necessary equipments and resources are stocked and stored to cater for the requirements by our clients, like Uniform, HHMD, Walkie – talkies, torches and other accessories as required.
- ACCOMODATION:- We provide necessary accommodations to our employees.
